研究方向

l   废水/废物生物处理与能源化技术:利用厌氧生物技术、微生物燃料电池(MFC)和微生物电解池(MEC),实现废水、剩余污泥、餐厨垃圾和生物质产氢、产电和产甲烷等。  

纳米生物技术:研究纳米材料与微生物互作机制、纳米技术在生物能源过程中应用。

l   微生物系统生物学:基于基因组学、转录组学和定量蛋白质组学等组学(-omics)技术解析水处理系统微生物代谢调控、颗粒污泥与生物膜形成生物学机制。  

饮用水生物安全:饮用水系统微生物检测与管网微生物生物膜形成机制。
