The laboratory has trained and recruited a group of high-quality talents with international vision and innovation ability, which formed an international first-class and strong urban water resources and water environment research team.  At present, the laboratory has 112 fixed researchers, including 5 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 22 national talents, and 46 talents at or above the provincial and ministerial level, forming an academic research team composed ofacademicians, national high-level talents,etc.Researchers under the age of 70 all obtained doctor degrees, and all of them have overseas study and work experience. The laboratory has 7 full-time technicians and 15 management staff to ensure the efficient operation of the laboratory.
