The laboratory has trained and recruited a group of high-quality talents with international vision and innovation ability, which formed an international first-class and strong urban water resources and water environment research team.  At present, the laboratory has more than 100 fixed researchers, including 4 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 27 national talents, and about 50 talents at or above the provincial and ministerial level, forming an academic research team composed ofacademicians, national high-level talents,etc.Researchers under the age of 70 all obtained doctor degrees, and all of them have overseas study and work experience. The laboratory has 7 full-time technicians and 15 management staff to ensure the efficient operation of the laboratory.
